Roofings Group was one of the sponsors of the first-ever Lubowa Community Day, held on August 26, 2023, at the African Bible University. The event was organized by the Lubowa Residents Association. We were delighted to join our fellow Lubowa residents and customers in a day of fun, friendship and social good.

The Lubowa Community Day featured various activities such as tree planting, health checks, networking and various sports activities for all ages and interests, basketball, football, board games, sack, and bottle races.

We were honored to have Ms Geraldine Ssali Busuulwa, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, as the Chief Guest. She highlighted the importance of community cohesion and solidarity. She suggested that the Lubowa Community Day should be held more often to build and grow the community. She further thanked Roofings and other sponsors for their generosity and support.

We would like to thank the Lubowa Residents Association for inviting us to be part of this wonderful initiative. We also appreciate the participation and support of the other sponsors, partners, and attendees who made this event a success.
