Since 2012, we have been devoted to combating climate change, protecting biodiversity, and fostering food security through tree planting. We operate a seedling nursery situated at our Lubowa factory. The seedlings are donated to individuals, communities, private and public organisations.
We have so far donated over 1.5 million seedlings
INITIATIVES
We have partnered with Stanbic & TotalEnergies to plant 100,000 fruit trees annually in over 250 schools across the country. This initiative will ultimately support the children’s nutrition needs while conserving the environment.
Ministry of Trade ‘Greening of the Environment’ initiative
We are providing seedlings towards ‘Greening of the Environment’ initiative by Ministry of Trade. This ambitious endeavor aims to plant over 1 million trees every year through cooperatives throughout the country.
Partnership with Absa Bank Uganda
We have partnered with ABSA Bank Uganda to plant trees in various parts of the country. We shall provide seedlings to support ABSA’s mission to plant 1 million trees in the next 3 years.
