We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (30) years leading steel manufacture
- · Carrying welding/ fabrication jobs of the plant.
· Carrying out quality inspections on all equipment.
· controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
· Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
· Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments.
· Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns round the clock.
· Willing to work in Shifts & able to Handle both production & Maintenance activities.
· Ensure free flow of Communication between all departments of Factory.
· Maintain all maintenance records.
· Ensure that all identified aspects related to your area of work that have a negative impact on the environment in the context of RL’s EMS are properly managed and controlled.
· Ensure good housekeeping and clean work environment at all times.
· Ensure mandatory PPEs are used while at the workplace.
· Identify any hazards that are likely to occur in the course of work and report to the immediate supervisor in the context of RL’s OHS system.
· Any other duty as may be assigned.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Certificate in fabrication and/ or mechanics.
- Experience in different welding/fabrication processes.
