Steel and Plastic construction products in East and Central Africa. The Group has the largest distribution network for its
products having a firm presence in all of Uganda and neighboring countries.
Roofings Group seeks interested companies with a proven track record in sales, marketing and distribution management to
take up and operate its Factory Outlet facility located in Gulu City.
The opportunity targets companies that will be dedicated to the day-to-day operations and management of the aforementioned
facility.
- Must have a business background in product distribution management with strong decision-making abilities and strong
written and spoken communication skills relevant to the location. - Given the high value nature of the products, the company must demonstrate a strong financial capability to stock, sell
and ably deliver the products downstream up to the end users. - Required working capital of UGX 1.5bn to invest in the management and operation of the facility.
- Prior experience in marketing and distribution of steel and plastic construction products on a large scale coupled with
a deep understanding of the market dynamics would be an added advantage. However training will be provided - Must be a legally registered company and able to provide copies of Articles of Association, Certification of Registration,
Tin registration, 2 years of Audited books of Accounts and a six-month bank account statement, for verification. - Residence for key management within daily commuting distance of the facility (preferably within Gulu City) would
demonstrate ability to devote full time to the business, hence an added advantage. - Commitment to uphold our strong culture of highest standards of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality
(HSSEQ) and other compliance requirements.
