No matter how valuable a product may be,  stakeholders will eventually come round to dealing with producers on the basis of the latter’s  personal constitution. Roofings Group has been built on ethics.

Individual human rights: We uphold each individual’s fundamental rights by treating everyone with equal fairness regardless of their race, sex, gender, ethnicity, age, or religion and ensure that employees observe the same with each other and with outsiders.

Along with this is incorporated a whole series of freedoms; freedom of expression, the right to health and safety, the right to feed each day on a nutritious diet. We actively facilitate these for our workforce and do everything within our corporate jurisdiction to help other stakeholders gain access to them. Code of conduct: Each new employee is furnished with the full Roofings Code of conduct on their first day at the job. This document outlines the paramount importance of issues like transparency, openness and integrity and demands that each be observed at all times in all situations.
